  • Your Telegram user ID
  • Your first name and username (as provided in your Telegram profile)

Your raw DNA data file and all intermediate processing files are deleted from our servers after your report has been generated and delivered. We do not retain copies of your genetic data beyond what is necessary for report generation.

4.3 No Third-Party Sharing

We never share, sell, license, or otherwise disclose your genetic data to third parties. Your genetic information is used solely for the purpose of generating your personal report.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted data transfers between your device and our servers
  • Secure server infrastructure with restricted access
  • Automated deletion of genetic data files after report delivery
  • Payment webhook verification using cryptographic signatures
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized systems only

  • Genetic data files: Deleted immediately after report generation and delivery
  • Telegram user information: Retained for the duration of your use of the Service to facilitate repeat orders and support
  • Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations
  • Service logs: Retained for up to 30 days for troubleshooting, then automatically deleted
